Welcome to our Request Repair Service page.

We understand that sometimes products may require repair or servicing,

and we are here to assist you.

 

To book a convenient time for your repair service,

please fill out the below Repair Request Form to schedule an appointment.

Repair Fees:

​

  • If the product damage is due to “human factors,” we will charge a repair fee of 50 HKD.

  • If replacement parts are needed, the total repair fee, including parts, will be 100 HKD.

Before proceeding with the repair service request,

we recommend reviewing the following precautions.
